|IMPORTANT : Both parties (applicant and account's owner) MUST READ and ACCEPT these conditions :|
This module is meant for UM's staff (who already has an UMMaiL account) to :
|a)||create a special UMMaiL account for Faculty/Centre/Institute (i.e email account for Dean, Conference, Webpage etc)|
|b)||assist *new staff to create an UMMaiL account :|
*new staff with salary number but CANNOT register UMMaiL online
|c)||create a UMMaiL account for Research Assistant (RA) / Research Assosiate (RO)
|2.||Only existing UM's staff are allowed to perform the registration process on behalf of the applicant.|
UM's staff (representing the applicant) should type in their IC No. / Passport No. to verify the responsibility for creating this account.
Once submitted, the application for the accounts will then be VERIFIED by Head of Department via email
The staff (representing the applicant) will receive a confirmation email once the verification process is completed.
After ONE month, if the account has not been verified by the HOD, it will be revoked.
